In March 2024, the Proya Foundation, together with the Xihu District Charity Federation, the Xihu District Women's Federation, and the Charity Trust of Hangzhou Industrial & Commercial Trust Co., Ltd., launched the "Power of Beauty" Women's Care Initiative. Built on platforms such as the "Xihu Women Caring Group", the project focused on supporting children in need, empowering women, and caring for elderly women. Over the course of the year, more than 60 events were held, serving a total of 4,226 participants.

Nurturing growth: Child psychology service stations were set up at locations such as Mingde Academy. A total of 93 children from disadvantaged backgrounds took part in experiential learning trips to universities and courts. The project also hosted themed picture book storytelling sessions on family education to promote scientific parenting.

Empowering women: An entrepreneurship salon for female university students was held at Zhejiang International Studies University, benefiting 220 participants. The project also co-organized campus job fairs. Five beauty skills training sessions were designed especially for stay-at-home mothers and similar groups, enabling 150 women to explore entrepreneurship. Additionally, marriage mediation and related training sessions attracted over 2,400 women to participate in personal development courses.

Caring for elderly women: At the Xihu District Social Welfare Center, 23 customized cultural and recreational events were held for elderly women, involving over 800 participants in activities like dancing, singing, and group psychological counseling. Health and anti-fraud workshops were offered. During the Double Ninth Festival, a photography campaign captured the smiles of 200 elderly women. Regular donations of daily necessities were also made to elderly individuals in need.

Guided by the Xihu District Charity Federation and executed by the Xihu District Women's Federation and the Zhejiang Association of Marriage and Family Counselors, the project received broad support from various organizations. Looking ahead, the Proya Foundation will continue to bring together diverse forces to empower women and promote social harmony.
