On April 3, Proya Foundation launched its "Spring Beauty Public Class" in the Huayuan Community of Cuiyuan Subdistrict, Xihu District, Hangzhou. This program is part of the second phase of the "Power of Beauty" women's care initiative, designed to support women in emerging employment sectors, especially stay-at-home mothers, by introducing professional beauty resources to help them acquire practical skills and explore new career and entrepreneurial opportunities.
The program leader shared her personal journey to illustrate the empowering role of beauty in women's lives, emphasizing that "learning basic makeup techniques offers women more life choices". An instructor from TIMAGE Beauty Academy began the session with an introduction to understanding skin types, followed by a step-by-step breakdown of makeup techniques. The instructor offered detailed guidance on how to choose the right foundation, blush, and other cosmetic products, and explained how to use color to enhance natural radiance. During the interactive practice, participants were invited to demonstrate techniques on site, and the instructor answered questions with care and clarity. Attendees actively took notes, asked questions, and inquired about future class schedules.
During the program, five sessions of the Spring Beauty Public Class were successfully held, benefiting over 150 participants.
